Annual Texas Music Revolution returns to downtown McKinney, Texas

The 28th annual Texas Music Revolution returns to Downtown McKinney on June 7-8, 2024. Hosted by KHYI 95.3 The Range Radio, the two-day extravaganza features a lineup of more than 100 bands.

The Texas Music Revolution offers festivalgoers an excellent opportunity to enjoy performances by legendary musicians and discover promising new talent on stages in historic downtown McKinney. From national touring acts to homegrown talent, the event showcases musicians on various stages throughout the charming historic downtown area.

“We are excited to welcome back the Texas Music Revolution and invite all music lovers to experience a remarkable weekend,” said Cultural District Director Andrew Jones. “McKinney, recognized for its music-friendly atmosphere, promises to outdo itself. On June 7 and 8, we will host nationally recognized bands along with the best local and regional artists in our picturesque historic downtown.”

Prepare for an exciting lineup of artists who will grace the stage at the Texas Music Revolution. From the iconic sounds of Lyle Lovett and Lukas Nelson to the captivating performances of Jason Boland & The Stragglers and Ray Wylie Hubbard, this year’s event promises an unforgettable experience.

They are joined by talent such as Prophets & Outlaws, Two Tons of Steel, Jamie Richards, Ryder Grimes, Bri Bagwell, The Derailers, Gabe Lee, Katrina Cain, Coleman Jennings, George Dunham & the Birddogs, Blackbird Sing, The Buffalo Ruckus, Dustin Perkins and many more.
