1. The rally in North Carolina continues the momentum for a COS resolution

What are the necessary elements to generate the momentum to change the political landscape of the republic? Dedicated grassroots activists who show up to engage their representatives and fellow citizens, strong leaders with gifts for motivation and inspiration… and a freedom-loving lama of course!

They were all in place on May 15 when hundreds of Convention of States Action volunteers, supporters and leaders gathered at Halifax Mall near the North Carolina Legislative Complex in Raleigh to urge lawmakers to get rid of the Tar Heel to make the state the 20th to pass a COS resolution.

2. Oklahoma opposes global governance

“We have an obligation to the next generation to stand up and fight for our God-given rights,” COS Oklahoma State Director John Guinn said during a meeting for a resolution that prevent international health regulation.

3. COS on “full measure”

Mark Meckler, co-founder and president of the Convention of States Action (COSA), appeared on the May 12 edition of “Full Measure,” hosted by award-winning journalist Sharyl Attkisson.
