‘We’re all border states’: Another illegal immigrant, another murder, this time in West Virginia | Law enforcement today

BERKELEY COUNTY, WV- Another one on the way to Biden’s criminal alien invasion…another American citizen has been murdered by a ruthless would-be Biden voter and all we hear from the White House is gaslighting and crickets.

Breitbart reports that an illegal alien from El Salvador is accused of murdering a 33-year-old West Virginia woman, while he is also accused of attacking two homeless people with a baseball bat, also in West Virginia.

Police say David Antonio Calderon, 46, was booked into the Frederick County, Virginia, jail on a warrant for his arrest in Berkeley County, West Virginia, for the woman’s murder earlier this month. On May 6, firefighters responded to a bank on fire in the county where the gruesome discovery was made. The woman, who was not identified, went missing while in a Jefferson County home detention program.

This came after an incident in April in which Calderon randomly attacked two random homeless people with a baseball bat behind a Walmart store in Jefferson County, causing serious injuries. In the resulting police investigation, officials obtained an arrest warrant for malicious assault for Calderon.

Just days after the woman’s body was found, Calderon was arrested in connection with the two attacks. After being booked for assault, he was then charged with the murder of the woman in Jefferson County.

The Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office said Calderon had attempted to obtain asylum in Canada through the northern U.S. border but was denied. He was turned over to the Department of Homeland Security and released on a Notice to Appear (NTA) by a federal immigration judge and was eventually apprehended by officials in Virginia.

Calderon remains in custody at the Northwestern Regional Adult Detention Center in Frederick County, awaiting extradition to West Virginia on murder charges.

Last month, another illegal alien, Fermin Garcia-Gutierrez, was deported seven times, was charged with aggravated murder after the discovery of an alley in a suburb of Cincinnati, Ohio, NewsNation reported.

In addition to being deported seven times, Garcia-Gutierrez was also arrested and imprisoned 11 times, with the first arrest dating back to 2001. But for unknown reasons, he was still on the streets. Police claim the illegal criminal used at least seven different aliases and three different dates of birth.

I can tell you this, that person would still be alive today and if you don’t think it affects you in Butler County, Ohio, we are all border states; we are all border provinces. It’s here and we could go on and on,” said Sheriff Richard Jones.

“We have an illegal here and he’s been deported eight times in our county, and he’s committed 20 crimes. He’s gone by seven different names, and now he’s charged with murder, aggravated murder, and who knows who else he killed along the way, or killed in Mexico,” Jones continued.
