According to a passenger survey by Skytrax transportation analyst, Changi Airport has been ranked as the world’s second best baggage delivery facility, behind Japan’s Osaka Kansai Airport at number one.

Kansai International Airport in Osaka said in a statement that since it opened in September 1994, 20 to 30 million passengers have used the airport every year without a single suitcase being lost or damaged.

To compile the list, Skytrax conducted the passenger satisfaction survey from August 2023 to March 2024. Analysts used a variety of data to evaluate passenger experiences in international areas based on multiple criteria, including baggage claim wait time, baggage delivery efficiency and the response to it. to lost luggage.
