BJP insists on investigation into death of woman in Rajula Kothuru village

Kakinada: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has demanded a detailed probe into the death of a woman in Rajula Kothuru village in Tuni mandal. Kakinada district BJP president Ch. Ramkumar, Kakinada Urban convener G. Satyanarayana and other party leaders Duvvuri Subrahmanyam and Datla Suryanarayana Raju met District Collector J. Nivas on Monday to submit a memorandum.

The BJP leaders expressed concern over post-election violence in several parts of the state and suspected that the woman’s death could be linked to such violence. They emphasized that the woman’s body was found 48 hours ago, but the facts of the case remain unknown.

The party lodged a representation with Kakinada Superintendent of Police S. Satiah Kumar, urging a thorough investigation into the woman’s death in view of the post-election violence.
