Leading Multifamily Developer Breaks Ground on Two Altera Communities, Reinforcing Commitment to Providing Quality Homes at Key Price Points

ATLANTA, May 22, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — National multifamily developer Wood Partners today announced the start of construction on nearby Altera Union City Atlanta and Altera Land O’ Lakes nearby Tampa, Fla. The multifamily communities are part of the company’s Altera brand, a new viable housing initiative that offers luxury living at cost-effective rates.

Altera communities are built with luxury finishes such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and top-of-the-line amenities. The developer saves costs by selecting well-located suburban sites over more expensive urban locations, executing efficient and consistent design, and embracing minimal, yet well-executed landscaping. Located at 18722 Grand Live Oak Boulevard Land O’ Lakes, FL, Altera Land O’ Lakes includes five four-story buildings and one three-story building with a total of 305 apartments with one-, two- and three-bedroom options. The location is located on US-41 and has excellent accessibility, making it easy to commute across the country Tampa MSA. The community is located in Pasco County, which is ranked as one of Floridas fastest growing submarkets.

Amenities at Altera Land O’ Lakes include an attractive leasing, fitness and clubhouse building with co-working space, day office and package space. The community will also feature a resort-style pool, sundeck with shade sails, grilling areas, fire pits, outdoor games, a dog park and a pet wash.
